that means it was assembly on Emirate(Arab) Which is very bad quality.

2>If it is
(08 or 80) then manufactured in Germany which is not bad

3>If it is (01or10) that means manufactured in "Finland"which is good

4>If it is 00
That means manufactured in Original factory which is BEST
5>If it is 13 then manufactured in "Azer Baijan"
Which is "Very Bad"
6>if it is other than above numbers than assembly with bad quality material which harmful for human body.
